"Blissoma was founded to heal skin and create healthy beauty for our clients. We would never want to hurt animals as a part of that process. We use ingredients that are proven safe and effective by centuries of herbal use and test only on ourselves and friends when developing recipes. Many of our ingredients are Certified Organic food grade ingredients and their healing capacity is well documented. Our recipes are also Certified Vegan so every ingredient also comes strictly from botanicals. Blissoma will maintain our commitment to kindness and compassion to all creatures as a part of beauty and we commit to never using any ingredients that engage in animal testing. Beauty truly is as beauty does."
Julie Longyear

H.R. 4148 prohibits animal testing for cosmetics manufactured or sold in the U.S., ending painful tests that rabbits, mice, rats, and guinea pigs endure to assess the safety of cosmetics. The Humane Society of the USA is working with 133 companies and Representative Jim Moran from Northern Virginia to pass a bill that would make animal testing for cosmetics in the United States illegal. It is unnecessary as a wealth of ingredients have already been established as safe. Animals do not need to suffer for the sake of "beauty".

Blissoma is joining the other business supporters of Be Cruelty Free to champion a cause that we have always believed in.
